User Accounts and RegistrationTo use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:• Provide accurate, current, and complete information• Maintain the security of your account credentials• Promptly update any changes to your account information• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Limitation of LiabilityTO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEAFLESS CARDS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Service AvailabilityWe strive to maintain the availability of the Service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. TerminationYou may terminate your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. We provide instant account deletion with immediate data removal upon request.We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Governing Law and DisputesThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Leafless Cards is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
